RAYS TE37SL and 57Ultimate lightweight wheels
VOLK TE37SL (Super Lap) Lightweight Forged Wheel
New for 2010, the VOLK Racing TE37SL Super Lap lightweight 1-piece forged wheel from RAYS is around 15% lower in price and claimed to be 300 to 400 grams lighter per wheel than the popular TE37. Designed to cater to the strict demands of the racing community, the wheel also has great design appeal.
The ultimate in track performance, the TE37SL wheel is lighter than the TE37, with a 400 gram weight loss on the 18×10.5″ size achieved using RAYS’ latest technology and mold form tooling, while maintaining the same original strength and rigidity as the current TE37 line-up.
By increasing the widths available, bigger brake kits can be installed with the wheels.
Available in a range of fitments from 17×7.5″ to 18×11″, the TE37SL comes in Pressed Graphite colour, with the rim flange and centre part featuring a diamond cut finish after the painting process, finished with a black clear coat.
Air valves and stickers are included. Centre caps can not be fitted. The TE37SL is available from June, ready for pre-order now from Co-ordSport and authorised RAYS dealers.

Gram Lights 57Ultimate – RAYS Lightest Cast Wheel Yet
New for 2010, the 57Ultimate and 57Ultimate SC wheels join the Gram Lights line-up of lightweight and sporty wheels produced using RAYS’ 1-piece casting technology.
With a look similar to the forged VOLK RE30, the 57Ultimate is RAYS lightest cast wheel to date, with weight savings of between 5 and 15% compared to the 57G wheel (depending on sizes). RAYS development team have achieved their lightest cast wheel while still achieving a high stiffness.
The 57Ultimate is available in a range of widths and offsets from 15″ to 19″ in Gun Blue and Shining Silver with a Diamond Cut (DC) rim.
Valvestems are included and optional air valves, spoke stickers and centre caps are available as optional extras. The 57Ultimate is available from June, ready for pre-order now from Co-ordSport and authorised RAYS dealers.
