Autosport International Engineering / Trade & Performance Show is done and dusted! Dmitrij Syibnyi sponsored by Co-ordSport had the pleasure to be part of the show and organize an eye catching stand with hand built cars for public appreciation.
The Gymkhana & Track Cars stand was positioned in Hall 4 / 4260 were for the whole duration of the 4 days and it seemed to play very well. It was quiet on a week days as expected but seemed to be more busier during the weekend, either way they had an absolutely fantastic time and are looking forward to the next one.
SCR Minisuber – livery reveal took place at the show with design made by Kev Horsley from 142 Creative. Art work followed the original livery from Dmitrij’s DSCR Impreza Gymkhana car back in 2014 and SCR BRZ in 2018, Dmitrij wanted all 3 cars to flow similar graphic theme but not exactly the same. Livery was printed and applied by Ian at Black Box Signs. He loves the way it looks and cannot wait to get some footage done whilst in action with it look.
Talbot Sunbeam – boosted SR20VET RWD converted Sunbeam sprint car. Not just the engine what would get your attention on but also it has an automatic 8HP55 transmission from BMW which is known to be one of the best for the track use with enabled paddle shift and integrated clutch pedal this car can do all the sort of tricks including handbrake turns and clutch kicks.
Datsun road going drift truck – one off look and definitely not shy in the engine bay, utilising Nissan’s 350z engine with single turbo conversion this green beast that can give enough emotions and unforgettable ride indeed.
Mini Cooper S – sprint car with N14 turbocharged engine producing 250 bhp & 360 nm of torque, currently competing in Javelin Sprint series but have a potential in other disciplines, massive front splitter is definitely a good indication for high speed compatibility.
Nissan Skyline R33 – drift / gymkhana car – running on 2.5 turbocharged engine and quite a few mods car has a very striking look, so as the driving style by it owner, Dmitrij seen this machine last year in action at one of the Formula G events and it looked an absolute weapon.
BMW 1 – street weapon and Gymkhana 2025 calendar reveal car, owned by Dave Mittell who will be in charge of 2025 Formula G Championship. With 8 rounds and additional test / media and learning dates it seems to be a very busy year.
