Paul Dolan and Shaun Minton running Spartan Race
Paul Dolan (sales director) and Shaun Minton (apprentice) are taking part in a 5k Spartan race on Sunday 2nd of October 2011
“Spartan Race™, the global leader in Obstacle Racing since 2005” is described by some of its previous runners as “One of the hardest races” they have ever competed in.
The race was orignally put together by seven insane ultra athletes and a Royal Marine, and includes 10+ obstacles, inlcuding: 1. War Charge: the beginning sprint 2. Leap of Faith: runners must “leap” over a flaming bale of hay 3. The Mud Pit: crossing a murky muddy trench, the rest of the obstacles remain a mystery to runners untill the day of the race, or when they encounter them on the course, whichever happens first.
