BMW 2.3L (S14) Standard & Dual Mass Flywheel Bolt Kits

New for BMW 2.3L (S14) DOHC 4-cylinder applications equipped with standard or dual mass flywheels is the Pro Series flywheel bolt kit.

Part Number 201-2801 for standard flywheels includes a set of eight 8740 Pro Series flywheel bolts that are rated at 200,000 psi and replace the BMW factory bolt part number 11220616143. The kit is priced at £44.55+VAT.

Part Number 201-2802 for those with a Dual Mass flywheel also includes a set of eight 8740 Pro Series flywheel bolts that are rated at 200,000 psi and replaces the BMW factory bolt part numbers 11221717840 and 11227805885. The kit is priced at £46.12+VAT.

The applications covered by this listing include the following engine codes: 1.6L (CR/JK/JP/JR/ME/RA/SB/1V/SV/CY) and 1.9L (AGP/AGR/AHF/ALH/AQM/ASV/AAZ/AEY/AFN/AHU/ALE/AVG/AHH/AKW/AEF/AGD/ASX/ASY/AYQ/1Y/1Z) engine codes.

Part number 204-4706 includes a set of ten ARP2000 head studs, ten parallel ground washers, ten 8740 chrome moly steel 12 pt nuts and a 1/2 oz. pack of ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant. The kit is priced at £159.35+VAT.

All Pro Series ARP2000 studs are centerless ground, heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining, and are nominally rated at 220,000 psi. These fasteners deliver a 45% increase in tensile strength over the OEM Torque To Yield (TTY) head bolts.

Suzuki Hayabusa GSX1300/GSX1300R Main Stud Kit

The studs are centerless ground, heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining, and are nominally rated at 220,000 psi. These fasteners deliver a 30% increase in tensile strength over the OEM main bolts.

Part number 271-5401 includes a set of ten, M9 ARP2000 main studs, ten parallel ground washers, ten 8740 chrome moly steel 12 pt nuts and a 1/2 oz. pack of ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant. The kit is priced at £146.65+VAT.
